You are without doubt the most improved rider in the group. It is very impressive that you have never rested on your laurels as a rider and have continuously strived to improve and achieve a higher level.

Passing your IAM test was a great achievement, and I know you had to work hard at that, but going on to become a National Observer was even more impressive. Achieving a Distinction at Masters puts you in an exclusive and elite group, well done.
